What is the difference between Site Built, Modular, and Manufactured homes?

I am often asked by first time home buyers, what is the difference between these 3 types of homes. Sometimes people are confused between a modular, and a manufactured home. Each of these homes are very different in pricing, and have different restrictions of where they can be located.
